Wine Bar George at Disney Springs has revealed new spring menu items, including small plates like Lamb Chops and Sea Bass, and fresh lunch options like a Spicy Chicken Po’ Boy.

Wine Bar George at Disney Springs unveiled their new spring menu items on social media. In March, we reported that new menu items would be coming to the Disney Springs table service restaurant. Now, we know more about these spring menu items. Some count as brand new. Others look like slight changes to previous menu offerings.
As far as we can tell, six new items are now on the menu. Most exist on the “Small Plates” section of the menu. Two new options function as lunch options.

The four new small plates include:

- Pork Belly with baby kale and carrot purée – $20.00
- Lamb Chops – $29.00
- Poached Chilean Sea Bass – $30.00
- Seasonal Salad with fresh greens, strawberries, brioche croutons, and basil vinaigrette – $14.00

The seasonal salad looks like a modification of a previous seasonal salad. The Disney Springs restaurant also implied on social media that it offers a new Grilled Ribeye. Still, based on our memory and photo database, the talented chefs may have tinkered with that entrée item for the spring.
Lunch Menu Additions

In the social media announcement, the Disney Springs restaurant stated, “Looking for lunch? Enjoy our Spicy Chicken Po’ Boy with fries or the Banh Mi — grilled pork belly with pâté, pickled carrots and daikon, served with house chips.” The Spicy Chicken Po’ Boy costs $18. The Banh Mi costs $19.
