Universal’s Terra Luna Resort opened for guests on March 25, 2025. We visited Omega Café to try one of the new items.
Universal Orlando Resort’s newest hotel, Universal Terra Luna Resort, is now officially open. This hotel sits adjacent to the brand-new Universal Epic Universe theme park opening on May 22, 2025. Universal’s Terra Luna Resort adds 750 guest rooms to the options for guests to stay on-site for their Universal Orlando Resort vacation.
Like the other Universal Orlando Resort hotels, Universal’s Terra Luna has a quick service restaurant, Omega Café and Market. Omega Cafe and Market, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available, features American classics like burgers, paninis, fried chicken, and pastas. Omega Cafe and Market’s grab & go area is where guests can fuel up on a selection of refrigerated food and drinks, coffee made to order, and ice cream scooped to order. The menu at Omega Café and Market looks like the one at Universal’s Stella Nova Resort’s quick service options Cosmos Café and Market.
However, we found a few items that are unique to Omega Café and Market. On the opening day at Universal’s Terra Luna Resort, we tried the Crispy Cod Sandwich.

The Crispy Cod Sandwich at Omega Café and Market costs $16. The sandwich consists of lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, and tartar sauce on a ciabatta roll. Guests can choose between fries, sweet potato fries, and a side salad as a side with this sandwich. We chose sweet potato fries. Even though we are not huge fans of sweet potato fries, we found these to be very good. Once again, we appreciate the side options for guests at Universal’s Terra Luna Resort.

The sandwich portion size was large. The sandwich and fries were abundant enough to be shared between two people. This offers excellent value at $16 for a theme park resort quick service entrée.
Everything on this sandwich tasted fresh. It contains two large fish patties, and the tartar sauce complements the fish nicely. Overall, we found this a reasonable option for dining at Universal’s Terra Luna Resort. Sure, it will not blow you away in terms of quality.
