Popcorn meets Marvel flair! AMC’s Red Guardian limo popcorn bucket arrives May 1, ahead of the “Thunderbolts” premiere. Collect yours at Disney Springs and more
We know Walt Disney World fans love collectible popcorn buckets. Their love comes from more than saving a few dollars on theme park popcorn. It comes from the popcorn containers’ creative designs and shapes. For example, Walt Disney World fans will flock to use any force necessary to acquire the new Death Star Popcorn Bucket, available starting May 4th at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Before that popcorn bucket frenzy starts, Marvel fans have one they can acquire at Disney Springs. AMC Theatres (including the Disney Springs location) has a popcorn bucket for Marvel fans.
“Thunderbolts” Red Guardian Limousine Popcorn Bucket
The AMC Theatres “Thunderbolts” movie popcorn bucket is shaped like Red Guardian’s beat-up, bullet-ridden limousine. The red bucket features bullet markings and says “Red Guardian limo service.” Also, this collectible bucket shows off the Marvel character’s star symbol. The bucket will be available to purchase starting May 1st, the day before the movie’s theatrical premiere.
The collectible popcorn bucket allows fans to scoop popcorn straight from the top of Alexei Shostakov’s (Red Guardian, played by David Harbour) limousine. This “bucket of bolts” plays a key role in the movie as seen in the “Thunderbolts” trailers.
AMC Theatres is also selling a collectible keychain in conjunction with the Marvel “Thunderbolts” movie. Of course, specially designed cups to fill with your soft drink of choice are also available for Marvel fans when seeing this movie, coming out May 2, 2025.
