Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto developed a reputation for creating high-quality Asian cuisine. His Disney Springs restaurant, Morimoto Asia, continues that trend. Morimoto Asia Disney Springs opens daily at 11:30 a.m. The menu showcases Pan-Asian cuisine in an architecturally award-winning restaurant. It features sushi, dim sum, duck, seafood, and the Iron Chef award-winning entrée, the “Buri-Bop.” This dining location also often hosts special events.

This month, Ramen Rumble 7 will be held on January 27, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. In partnership with event founders Sue & Jason Chin of Good Salt Restaurant Group, five of Orlando’s best and brightest chefs will compete for the championship title, bragging rights, and the coveted “Broth Belt” trophy. In addition, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Give Kids the World.

Each contestant will operate their ramen station and present a unique style of ramen filled with creative toppings and interesting textures for guests to sample and vote on. Most importantly, this vote will declare the next “Ramen Royalty of Central Florida.”
