Butterbeer Season started worldwide on March 1. Since Butterbeer Season is upon us, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter fans can enjoy their favorite magical beverage flavors in grocery stores. They can also buy new Harry Potter merchandise and nailcare products. They can also take part in special events.
Butterbeer at Your Grocery Store
In addition to Goldfish Butterbeer-Flavored Grahams, Wizarding World of Harry Potter fans can buy Butterbeer versions of Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookies and Hershey’s Kisses. We have not seen those in stores yet in our journeys from one Orlando area theme park to another. Nevertheless, we spotted Goldfish Butterbeer-Flavored Grahams. Based on that, we had to try some.
Goldfish Butterbeer-Flavored Grahams
In a previous press release, the Goldfish company, known for its cute-shaped snacks, stated it had partnered to create a Harry Potter-inspired snack. For a limited time, witches, wizards, and muggles alike can buy Goldfish Butterbeer Flavored Grahams at their local grocery store. Guests should expect them to cost $3.69 for a 6.1-ounce bag. The Butterbeer Goldfish comes in three shapes: classic Goldfish, owl, and Butterbeer barrel.
Goldfish Butterbeer-Flavored Grahams: How Did They Taste?
Very few things match the sugary goodness of Butterbeer from one of the Universal Destinations & Experiences theme parks. Based on that, our expectations of this treat were low to medium. We had read what some reporters said that received media previews thought of these Goldfish Grahams.
Our experience matched the early reviews of Goldfish Butterbeer-Flavored Grahams. These are not Goldfish crackers but Goldfish Grahams. Based on that, the “Grahams” utilize vanilla as a critical component. Since vanilla is a key ingredient along with butterscotch in the iconic Butterbeer beverage at Universal Orlando Resort, we thought that flavor profile would work well.
The vanilla and butterscotch do pair well in these grahams. Wizarding World of Harry Potter fans will love having these as a snack while watching their favorite “Harry Potter” movie.
Despite that, the vanilla flavor takes too large of a role with the Goldfish Butterbeer-Flavored Grahams. Butterscotch takes a back seat to vanilla in most bites we enjoyed. The overall flavor deserves praise. Still, those expecting something like a Butterbeer treat at Universal Orlando Resort will not find it within the shiny Goldfish bag.

This makes a great addition to the Butterbeer Season lineup. This, along with the new Butterbeer Cream Puff at Universal Orlando Resort, should be on any Harry Potter fan’s wish list.
