Disney Springs

Some of us visit Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort often, for good or bad. Disney Springs offers some of the best dining at Walt Disney World, and of course, it provides a lot of it, with over 20 table service restaurants. Things change at Disney Springs often. We have noticed a few menu changes, limited-time items, and promotions that guests could take advantage of during their next Walt Disney World visit.

In previous articles, we have discussed the brand-new Carrot Cake Cookie at Gideon’s Bakehouse, which is available for the entire month of April. Also, the new Upcycled Series ice cream flavors are available at Salt & Straw. In addition, Blaze Pizza at Disney Springs has added a $7.99 lunch special. Besides those changes at Disney Springs, we desired to mention a few others.

Frontera Cocina at Disney Springs Adds New Menu Item

Frontera Cocina has started offering a new item, the Red Chili Peanut Mole Salmon. This consists of Pan-seared Faroe Islands Salmon and smoky peanut mole. The mole ingredients include ancho chiles, chipotle en adobo, fire-roasted tomatoes, toasty peanuts, and chocolate. Chef Rick Bayless called this mole a light version of mole. The peanuts thicken the mole sauce. It comes from grilled broccolini with garlic mojo and costs $36.
