City Works Eatery and Pour House at Disney Springs unveiled new “Chef Selects” menu items, which will be available until February 25.
City Works Eatery and Pour House offers Disney Springs guests a place to enjoy bar and grill food while watching their favorite sports team on the vast collection of screens. This dining option also offers a massive collection of beers on tap, a weekday happy hour, and a surprisingly good weekend brunch.
City Works Disney Springs Chef Selects Menu
In recent months, City Works Disney Springs has added limited-time menu items known as the “Chef Selects.” The new menu options were revealed recently and will be available for guests to purchase through February 25, 2025. They include:
Pimento Pork Rinds: BBQ Spiced Pork Rinds, Pimento Cheese Dip
Chopped Italian Wrap: Deli ham, pepperoni, genoa salami, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, house giardiniera, smoked provolone, creamy red wine dressing, flour tortilla, choice of side
Korean Braised Short Rib: Braised short rib, 5-spice charred baby carrots, garlic-miso mashed potatoes, gochujang bulgogi sauce, chili crisp slaw
Blueberry Mint G&T Cocktail: The Botanist Gin, Blueberry Simple Syrup, Mint, Lemon Juice, Tonic
Cucumber Cure Mocktail: Ritual Gin Alternative, Cucumber, Mint, Simple Syrup, Lime Juice, Ginger Beer, Soda Water.
These new Chef Selects menu options should add more variety to an already impressive menu for a sports bar at Disney Springs.
