The Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will offer many new menu items starting on March 4. These menu changes are extensive for this signature dining option.

The Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney’s Hollywood Studios stands as the most upscale dining venue at the Walt Disney World theme park. It is known for its “Our Famous Cobb Salad.” This restaurant draws inspiration from the famous Californian version that Walt Disney dined at often.
Recently, Walt Disney World announced several new appetizers, entrees, and enhancements to The Hollywood Brown Derby menu. In fairness, some of the newly announced menu items look like reimagined versions of previous items at this table service restaurant.
Hollywood Brown Derby New Menu Items
Walt Disney World announced four new appetizers. They also released pictures of some of the new appetizers. We will place those below since Walt Disney World did not indicate which picture went with which new menu item. Though we are pretty sure which description goes with the latest items, Walt Disney World has burned us before with pictures and misleading menu descriptions, so we will choose to play it safe. The appetizers added include:

- House-made Ravioli: English peas, carrot purée, and pickled alba mushrooms
- Creamy Corn Bisque: Crab salad and saffron crème fraîche
- Sake-braised Pork Belly: Apple-ginger purée, shiitake mushrooms, tasso ham, and shiso
- Grand Marnier Liqueur-macerated Seasonal Fruit Burrata: Lollo rosso, frisée, caramelized spiced pine nuts, and citrus vinaigrette
