The Chef Selects Menu at City Works Eatery & Pour House has been updated. It now includes an Italian Wedge Salad and Crab Rangoon Mozzarella Sticks.
The Chef Selects Menu at City Works Disney Springs functions like a rotating limited-time menu. According to City Workd Eatery & Pour House, the “Chef Selects is a continuously changing celebration of flavor, with a fresh lineup dropping every 8 weeks.” Previously, the Chef Selects Menu contained items like:
- Pimento Pork Rinds
- Chopped Italian Wrap
- Korean Braised Short Rib.
We tried the Pimento Pork Rinds when they were on the menu. Our opinions about that item were mixed.
New Chef Selects Menu Items at City Works Disney Springs
Today, City Works diners can order two new food items and two new beverages. These are:
- Crab Rangoon Mozzarella Sticks
- Italian Wedge Salad
- Paloma
- Bourbon Raspberry Lemonade Fizz.
Crab Rangoon Mozzarella Sticks at City Works Disney Springs
Even though the official online City Works Eatery & Pour House menu calls these “Crab Mozzarella Sticks,” guests should expect some “Rangoon” based on the official City Works social media post. These will cost $14.45. The menu description reads, “Crab, shrimp, cream cheese, green onion, garlic, mozzarella, panko breading, sesame seeds, firecracker sauce.”
Italian Wedge Salad
The other food item on the new Chef Selects Menu is the Italian Wedge Salad. This costs $19.45. It consists of “Iceberg lettuce, genoa salami, ham, giardiniera, provolone, red onions, crispy salami, creamy red wine vinaigrette, grape tomatoes, balsamic reduction.”
Chef Selects Menu Beverages at City Works Disney Springs
The two Chef Selects Menu items are a Paloma and a Bourbon Raspberry Lemonade Fizz. There are no non-alcoholic beverages on the Chef Selects Menu this time.
The Paloma consists of Hornitos Plata Tequila, agave syrup, lime juice, and grapefruit soda. The Bourbon Raspberry Lemonade Fizz contains Bulleit Bourbon, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, lemonade, and soda.
