Summer House on the Lake at Disney Springs created new seasonal menu items for brunch, lunch, and dinner through January 22.
Disney Springs presents guests with over 20 table-service restaurants to enjoy. When you factor in the lounges and quick service options, it is hard to stand out at Disney Springs. In the short time Summer House on the Lake has been open at Disney Springs, it has developed into one of the better dining options at the Walt Disney World dining and entertainment complex.
Summer House on the Lake offers a cookie bar (Yes, you read that right- a cookie bar!). In addition to that, there are four different bar areas within the restaurant. It serves weekend brunch, lunch, and dinner menus. Summer House on the Lake provides a good dining choice in a competitive restaurant location within Disney Springs. Though it may not be the best Disney Springs dining option at any one particular aspect, it is a solid jack-of-all-trades-style restaurant.
New Seasonal Menu Items at Summer House on the Lake Disney Springs
Summer House on the Lake announced five new seasonal menu items. These will be available through January 22, 2025.
Brunch Options
Brunch occurs at Summer House on the Lake on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Two new seasonal specials appear on the brunch menu. They sound very different from each other. They are:
- peanut butter & jelly pancakes (strawberry preserves, whipped cream, maple syrup) for $17.95
- biscuits & gravy (sausage, two scrambled eggs, and picante sauce) for $17.95
Lunch and Dinner Specials at Summer House on the Lake
Over on the lunch and dinner menus, guests can find a new soup, a play on Mexican food, and a new pizza. The three seasonal items in this category are:
- white bean & bacon soup (scallions and roasted poblano pepper) for $9.95
- short rib enchiladas (roasted chipotle salsa, jack cheese, and avocado cream) for $21.95
- sausage & rapini pizza (Calabrian Chili and pecorino) for $19.95.
Once again, these seasonal menu offerings are only available through January 22. Disney Springs offers many dining options, such as Morimoto Asia and Jaleo. City Works Eatery and Pour House is an excellent choice for guests looking for a more casual environment. As always, eat like you mean it!
