The Magic is Real!
We met Randy on a recent trip to the Polynesian and when he says the Magic is Real, he is the real magic! Randy shared with us stories of Cast Members being bullied as well as Cast Members being made part of family traditions. He talked about how much he loved seeing families coming for the first time and those who come back year after year; how much things had changed and how some have stayed the same. Randy is one of those shining stars who truly love to make magic happen for his guests. It was a privilege and an honor to spend a few minutes chatting with Randy and we hope to see him again real soon!
